For first use:

1. Inspect product closely
2. Loosen all straps
3. Position shoulder straps
4. Position leg straps, buckle and tighten (see video for tips)
5. Attach chest strap
6. Tighten remaining straps
7. Attach carabiners at your selected height (see video for tips)
